摘要
利用正交实验法测试不同水灰比、固相比及速凝剂掺量的浆液的主要物理力学性能,并依此试验结果探讨各性能间相互影响关系。结果表明:随着水固比的降低,注浆材料的初凝、终凝时间、28 d抗压强度和结石率呈现出增加的趋势,注浆材料的流动性呈现出降低的趋势;随着速凝剂掺量的增加,注浆材料的主要物理力学特性得到提高。
The orthogonal experimental method is used to test different water-cement ratios,the solid content of the slurry compared to the physical and mechanical properties of the main accelerator. The test results investigate the effect of the mutual relationship among the properties. The results show that:with the decrease of the water-solid ratio, the initial setting grouting materials, final setting time, 28 d compressive strength and stones rates showed an increasing trend, mobility grouting material showing a decreasing trend. Increased dosage accelerator,the main physical and mechanical properties of grouting material are improved.
