摘要
针对乌兰木伦选煤厂经营管理工作中存在的问题,对选煤厂管理体系进行改进,建立了BOPQ经营管理体系;该体系以市场为导向,集效益预算、经营管控、生产管理、煤质管控为一体,将预先管控和创新过程管控联合起来,根据市场进行效益预算;再调整生产、经营与煤质三大要素的管控方向及管控深度,从而达到"效益最大、生产最优、质量合格、费用最低"的管理目的。
In order to solve the problems in the management of Wulanmulun Coal Preparation Plant,the BOPQ management system is established through improvement. This system is market-oriented and makes the benefit budget,the operation management,the production management and the coal quality control as a whole. It integrates the pre-control with the innovative process control. The benefit budget is completed according to the market. And through the benefit budget,the direction and the depth of the three elements control,which are the production,the operation and the coal quality,are adjusted so as to achieve the management purposes of ' maximum benefits,optimum production,qualified quality and lowest cost'.
