摘要
农村专业合作经济组织是农村经济组织的创新,是我国农村管理体制的一次深刻变革。农村专业合作经济组织的创建,促进了农村生产要素的合理流动,增强了农业和农民的抗风险能力。加快农村专业合作经济组织的发展,应实行政府引导、典型示范、资金支持、加强管理等办法,保证农村专业合作经济组织逐步走上健康发展的轨道。
The economic organization of professional cooperation in the countryside is the innovation in rural economic organizations and is a profound change in management system in the countryside.The establishment of such organizations promotes the reasonable flow of essential factors of production and increases the ability of agriculture and farmers to fight against risks.To speed up the development of such organizations,we should adopt the methods such as government's guidance,demonstration through models,support with funds and reinforcement of administration so as to gradually lead such organizations onto the track of healthy development.
