摘要
目的:分析医务人员利器伤的原因,探讨防护措施。方法:对420名医务人员进行回顾性问卷调查。结果:其中327名发生过利器伤,发生率为77.86%;刺伤的主要原因有拔针、分离针头、加药、回套针帽等。结论:医务人员利器伤发生率很高,但是防护意识淡漠,故应加强全面性防护概念的教育,预防利器伤,减少经血液传播疾病的发生。
