摘要
对活塞式气体压缩机的 13CrMo钢阀片进行镀Ni P工艺研究。分析了活化处理时间对化学镀Ni P镀层结合力、热处理温度对镀层表面硬度及后处理等对镀层耐蚀性的影响规律。用优选的工艺参数对阀片进行表面强化与防蚀处理 ,获得了较好的效果。
Electroless Ni P alloy plating technology applied to reciprocating air compressor's valve plate (13CrMo) was investigated. The influences of activation time on combining force, heat treatment temperature on surface hardness and post treatment on anti corrosion behavior of Ni P alloy coating are analyzed. Fairly good results have been obtained by using optimum parameters for surface strengthening and anti corrosion treatment of valve plate.
