摘要
为探明大豆连作对大豆根腐病发生的影响,在连作大豆的耕地内设置试验小区,人为创造不同生态条件,定期进行常规病害发生情况调查及分离病原,计算出不同生育时期大豆根腐病的发病率、病情指数及每种病原菌的分离频率。描绘出不同生态条件下的病害增长曲线,建立了动态数学模型。结果表明,环境条件不仅对大豆根腐病田间总病情。初始病情及病情增长速率有影响,同时对不同病原菌分离频率也有影响。
The experimental trial were conducted regularly to investigate the occurrence of common disease under the differently man-made ecological conditions in the continous cropping soybean fields in the various years,and to isolate the pathogenes, count the incidence, the disease index of soybean root rot disease as well as the proportion of each pathogene from the total ones. The results indicate that the general degree, the intial disease index, the increased rate of soybean root rot disease effected by enviromental conditions, and proportion of isolated different pathogenes effected by at the same time. The increased curve of the disease under the different conditions and the mathematical model of development has been made from the data.
