摘要
以4 苯基环己酮为起始原料,经Grignard反应,脱水,加氢,转型,Friedel Crafts反应,黄鸣龙还原等步骤,合成了一系列含氟反式 1,4 二芳基环己烷类液晶化合物,GC质量分数>99%,收率达16 0%~27 0%,较文献收率(<1%)有显著提高;该路线尤其适用于制备一系列不同烷基取代的衍生物;目标化合物经1HNMR、IR进行了结构鉴定,并通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)对其相变行为进行了测试。
A series of fluorinated trans-1,4-diphenylcyclohexane compounds are synthesized by a new process using 4-phenylcyclohexanone as staring material through Grignard reaction,dehydration,hydrogenation,isomerization,Friedel-Crafts reaction and Huang Ming-long reduction.The yields(16.0%-27.0%)are much higher than those reported in the literatures.The GC purity of the products are higher than 99%.This process is especially suitable for preparing trans-1,4-diphenylcyclohexanes with different alkyl groups.All these compounds are identified by1HNMR and IR and their phase transition behaviors are studied by DSC.
