摘要
介绍国内多种管道天然气加热技术存在的不足,研发出全预混浸没燃烧天然气加热装置。该装置由燃烧器、烟管、鼓泡孔、烟囱、天然气换热器、水浴箱体等组成,原理为:燃气与空气燃烧产生的高温烟气,加热水浴箱体内的水,水再将通过水浴中天然气换热器的天然气加热。全预混浸没燃烧天然气加热装置换热效率高,氮氧化物排放低,结构紧凑,占地面积小。该装置采用基于天然气水合物生成临界温度的自动调控模式。结合工程实例,检测装置的实际运行效果,氮氧化物排放质量浓度在10 mg/m^3以下,加热效率大于90%,管道天然气温度提高10℃以上,可有效解决高中压调压站的冻堵冻胀问题。
The shortcomings of domestic multiple pipeline natural gas heating technologies are introduced,and a full premixing immersion combustion natural gas heating device is developed.The device is composed of burner,flue gas pipe,bubble hole,chimney,natural gas heat exchanger and water bath and so on.The principle is that the high temperature flue gas generated by the combustion of gas and air heats the water in the water bath,and the water reheats the natural gas through the natural gas heat exchanger in the water bath.The full premixing immersion combustion natural gas heating device has high heat exchange efficiency,low nitrogen oxide emission,compact structure and small footprint.The device adopts an automatic regulation mode based on the critical temperature of natural gas hydrate formation.Combined with the engineering example,the actual operation effect of the device is tested,the nitrogen oxide emission mass concentration is below 10 mg/m3,the heating efficiency is greater than 90%,and the pipeline natural gas temperature is increased by more than 10°C,which can effectively solve the freezing blockage and frost heaving ofhigh and medium pressure regulator stations.
