摘要
阐述了日本企业在与既定社会的互动中,对传统文化资源进行挖掘和利用,使之与外来的"理性化制度"相衔接,形成了既糅合先进的管理思想,又继承日本传统文化的独具特色的企业文化,为自身的成长和发展开拓了广阔的社会空间。指出了日本企业文化形成过程中的着力点、思维方式及其成功经验对我国企业文化建设的启示。
In this thesis the author elaborates that, during the course of interacting with the established society, Japanese enterprises have formed the particular corporate culture including advanced management thought and traditional Japanese culture by making use of traditional culture resources with exotic rationalization system, which provides wider social room for development. The thesis elaborates at the same time, the author points out the key and thinking, Japanese corporate culture and the inspiration to the construction of Chinese corporate culture.
