摘要
应用电化学治疗(ECT)艾氏腹水癌、肉瘤S37和Lewis肺癌,结果显示,ECT对三种移植性肿瘤均有明显局部治疗作用,但对Lewis肺癌肺转移无明显影响。提示ECT是一种简单、安全、治疗时间短和比较有效的治疗肿瘤的方法。
Ehrlich ascites carcinoma,Sarcoma 37 and Lewis lung carcinoma in the mice were treated with electrochemical method. The results showed that electrochemotherapy(ECT)had remarked local treatment effect in three tumors as compared with the control mice which did not undergo ECT, but not influence the spontaneous pulmonary metastases of Lewis lung carcinoma. It is suggested that ECT is a simple,safe,rapid and more effective technique for treating tumors.
