摘要
人工髋关节置换术后翻修的主要原因为无菌性松动和骨溶解。在翻修术中 ,根据骨缺损的类型 ,选用相应的异体骨移植修复骨缺损是一种可靠而有效的方法。其中压紧颗粒骨移植是一种修复重建髋臼和股骨缺损的好方法。正确使用移植骨和选择合适的假体将明显提高翻修手术的成功率。本文就骨缺损的分类。
The commonest reason of revision of total hip replacement is lossening and osteolysis.If the different types of bone defects were properly identified and suitable allografts were adopted,The reparation of bone defects with allografts during the revision surgery of total hip arthroplasty is a useful and reliable method.Impaction of morselized bone graft in reparation and reconstruction of acetabulum and femur represented an attractive revision option.The proper application of bone graft and choice of suitable prosthesis will markedly improve the success rate of revision surgery.This article give a review of classification,reparation and reconstruction of bone defect in revision surgery of total hip arthroplasty.
