摘要
高等学校培养德才兼备的具有创新精神和创新能力的人才,是时代的要求。培养创新人才,要全面认识"创新",了解创新型人才的基本特征。提出转变教育思想,深化教学改革,营造良好环境,加强实践教学,建立创新型的教师队伍是培养创新人才的重要途径。
Cultivating high quality talents who possesses both ability and political integrity is the requirements of times and missions of the history.The quality talents should also have creative spirits and minds in the changing society.We should put'creative'into a whole comprehensive realization and realize the basic feature of the creative talents.The thesis mainly talks about changing educational thought,deepening educational reform,building a good environment,strengthening practice teaching,building creative teachers troops and so on.From this thesis you can see the way of training the creative talents.
