摘要
c erbB 2原癌基因在增殖和分化中起重要作用。用ABC观察67例肺癌时发现,c erbB 2原癌基因产物增强表达为62 7%,而在10例正常肺、4例炎性假肺瘤中为阴性,这表明c erbB 2原癌基因在肺癌诊断中具有一定的价值。组织分级高分化差的肺癌,阳性率明显降低,这与癌基因表达的不平衡性有关。
cerbB2 protooncogene plays an important part in the proliferation and differentiation of cellsWith ABC enzymelabelling technique,the expression of cerbB2 protooncogene products can be observed in different tissuesIn the observed 67 cases of lung cancer,the enhanced expression of cerbB2 protooncogene products amounts to 627%,which contrasts with the negative expression in 10 cases of normal lung and 4 cases of inflammatory lung pseudotumor.The result indicates that cerbB2 protooncogene has a certain value in the diagnosis of lung cancerThe positive rate of lung cancer with bad tissue differentiation decreases apparently,which probably has something to do with the unbalanced expression of oncogenes.
