摘要
针对中板生产轧件头部下扣这一现象进行了实验室模拟试验。试验结果表明,弯曲并非完全像传统认识的那样向小辊侧或慢辊侧弯曲,而是随着条件的变化而变化。在一定范围内,对于不同的来料厚度、不同的变形程度,为了杜绝下扣,需选取不同的速比与之匹配。
Simulant experiments on the head down bending of plate are conducted in the laboratory.It has been proved that the bending is not necessarily towards the small roll or lowspeed roll, but varies with different conditions. This suggests that various speed ratio should be selected in a definite range to match various plate thicknesses and various deformation degrees to prevent the head down bending.
