摘要
伤残等级的评定是处理交勇事故的一个重要环节,鉴定结论的准确与否常会对案件的解决产生重大影响。而伤、病并存的伤残等级评定又是一种复杂、难度较大的法医学鉴定,在鉴定过程中易受各种主、客观因素的干扰,从而影响鉴定结论的准确性和科学性,加大案件处理的难度。如果引用损伤参与度的概念,可总结出一种量化的鉴定标准,为伤、病并存的伤残等级评定提供了一种客观而又科学的鉴定方法。
The injury grade evaluation is an important link in dealing with a traffic accidents. Whether the conclusion is correct or not has great influence on dealing with the cases. But the injury grade evaluation is a complicated and difficult forensic medicine appraisal. In the appraisal course the interference with all kinds subjective and objective factors have influence on appraisal conclusion accurately and scientifically and increase the difficulty of dealing with cases. The concept of injury reference degree is used, a quantitatine appraisal standard is concluded. It offers a subjective and scientific method for injury grade evaluation.
