摘要
研究了硫化剂TCY对均聚型氯醚橡胶 (CO) /共聚型氯醚橡胶 (ECO)共混物性能的影响。随着硫化剂TCY用量的增大 ,CO/ECO共混物的t1 0 、t90 、最大转矩以及邵尔A型硬度增大 ,扯断伸长率和撕裂强度减小 ;硫化剂TCY用量为 0 8份时 ,CO/ECO共混物的综合物理性能较好 ;适当增大硫化剂TCY用量 。
The influence of curative TCY on the properties of CO/ECO blend was investigated.The results showed that as the addition level of TCY increased, t 10 , t 90 ,maximum torque and Shore A hardness of CO/ECO blend increased,but the tensile strength and tear strength decreased;the better comprehensive physical properties of CO/ECO blend were obtained when 0.8 phr of TCY was used;and the heat aging stability and compression set of CO/ECO blend improved as the addition level of TCY increased properly.
