摘要
简要介绍了最新与煤炭行业暖通相关的法律法规,分析了在新的政策与形势下,煤炭行业暖通设计发展方向。针对矿井面临的热源改造及新热源设计问题,分别论述了燃气锅炉供热方案、燃煤锅炉供热方案、蓄热电锅炉供热方案、太阳能供热方案、空压机余热供热方案及矿井乏风余热利用供热等热源方案的选择与设计原理。分析了上述六类热源供热运行成本,对各种方案的优缺点进行了分析说明。结果表明在矿区太阳能与空压机余热不足的情况下,燃煤锅炉相对运行最省成本最低,但建设费用最高,燃气锅炉建设费用最低,但运行成本最高。综合对比分析表明矿区应首选矿井乏风余热利用方案作为矿区热源替代方案。
The author briefly introduces the latest laws and regulations related to HAVC in the coal industry,and analyzes the development direction of the HVAC design in the coal industry under the new policies and situations.According to the heat source modification and new heat source design problems faced by the mine,the gas boiler heating scheme,the coal-fired boiler heating scheme,the heat storage electric boiler heating scheme,the solar heating scheme,the air compressor waste heat heating scheme and the mine ventilation waste-heat utilization are discussed respectively.The above six types of heat source heating operation costs were analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of various schemes were analyzed and explained.The results show that in the case of insufficient heat of solar energy and air compressor in the mining area,the coal-fired boiler has the lowest operating cost and the highest construction cost,and the gas boiler has the lowest construction cost and the highest operating cost.The comprehensive comparative analysis shows that the mine ventilation waste-heat utilization scheme is preferred as an alternative plan for mining areas.
