摘要
以寸草沟矿6204综放工作面大断面回风顺槽为工程背景,通过现场监测、理论分析、数值模拟的方法对顺槽超前支护参数进行研究。首先通过现场实际监测得出巷道超前应力峰值位于工作面前方6.5 m,应力集中系数为1.76,超前应力影响范围为25 m;其次,通过理论分析得出巷道超前支护强度为216.66 kPa,并通过数值模拟进行校核,在此基础上确定使用3×ZQL2×5600/25/48D型双列多节自移式超前支架组进行支护。最终现场实践表明所确定的支护参数合理可靠,在满足超前支护的基础上避免了支架对顶板围岩的破坏。
Taking the air return tunnel of 6204 fully mechanized caving face in Cuncaogou coal mine as the engineering background,the advanced support parameters of the chute were studied by means of on-site monitoring,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.Firstly,it was concluded that the peak value of advance stress was 6.5 m in front of the working face,the stress concentration factor was1.76,and the influence range of advance stress is 25 m through field monitoring.Secondly,through theoretical analysis,the strength of advanced support was 216.66 kPa,and the results were verified by numerical simulation.On this basis,it was determined to use 3×ZQL2×5600/25/48 D double row multisection self-moving advanced support group to support.Finally,the field practice shows that the support parameters determined are reasonable and reliable,on the basis of meeting the requirements of advanced support,the damage of support to roof surrounding rock was avoided.
