摘要
分析了中国和乌克兰矿用掘进机产品在认证体系、认证模式、认证程序、认证依据、技术要求、检验规则等方面的差异,重点对中乌两国掘进机产品机械安全、配套件技术要求、环境安全、使用安全等关键项目的差异性进行了分析研究,在此基础上探讨了中乌两国掘进机产品互认评价和风险控制关键技术。
This paper analyzes the differences between China and Ukraine in the certification system,certification mode,certification procedures,certification basis,technical requirements,inspection rules and other aspects of the mining roadheader products,and analyzes and studies the differences between mechanical safety,technical requirements of accessories,environmental safety,safety of use and other key projects of roadheader products between China and Ukraine.On this basis,the key technologies of mutual recognition,evaluation and risk control of roadheader products between China and Ukraine are discussed.
