摘要
在人们对于城市化道路的争论中,我们应该更为关注如何提高城市化的质量问题。我们在借鉴比较优势和竞争优势理论的基础上,提出了基于产业集群的小城镇质量发展战略,分析了产业集群的形成方式,提出了促进区域产业集群形成、政府行为改善和专业市场形成等提高小城镇质量的建议。
Many scholars focus on the path of urbanization, but we should give more eyes on the quality of urbanization. Based on comparative advantage theory and competitive advantage theory, this paper suggests development strategy of township quality based industry cluster should be practiced. For actualizing it, promoting district industry cluster, improving government behavior, and developing specialization market necessary.
