摘要
对于含金属嵌件的安全带扣注塑成型后出现开裂现象,采用模流分析技术对带金属嵌件的塑件注塑成型过程进行分析,发现开裂的位置并不是熔接痕所在的位置。通过分析,发现塑件开裂是由收缩不均匀而产生的热应力引起的。因此对塑件的结构设计进行了更改,使含金属嵌件的塑件的微裂纹缺陷得到了切实解决,并且缩短了成型周期,提高了生产效率。
In order to solve the hairline crack of the belt buckle with metal insert after injection moulding,injection moulding simulation of plastic parts with metal inserts was carried out to analyze the cause of the crack.It was found that the location of the crack was not the location of the weld.Through further analysis,it was found that the cracking of plastic parts was caused by the thermal stress due to uneven shrinkage.Therefore,the structural design of plastic parts were changed so that the hairline crack defects of plastic parts with metal inserts were solved effectively,and the injection moulding cycle was shortened and the production efficiency was improved.
