摘要
采用软件Wildfire5.0和EMX7.0构建了塑料模的同步化设计系统,阐述了模具分模档的构建、模架装配的构建、上模和下模及滑块装配的构建、模具的总装配,实现了多名设计工程师同步协同设计模具结构,缩短了塑料模的设计周期,有助于提高塑料模企业的竞争力。
A synchronous design system of the mould for plastics was construsted by using Wildfire5.0 and EMX7.0 software. The construction of mould parts’ files, themould base assembly, the slider assembled in the upper mould and lower mould, and the general assembly of mould were illustrated in detail. It realized the synchronous and cooperative design of the mould by several design engineers, and shortened the design cycle of the mould for plastics, which helped to improve the competitiveness of plastic mould enterprises.
