摘要
目前在钢结构设计中有几个基本问题 ,不少设计人员对此概念不清 ,而且在一些教材、设计手册甚至规范中对此论述也有不当之处。针对这几个基本问题进行了综合论述 ,提出了看法和意见 ,可供钢结构设计人员参考。
During steel structure design at the present the designers always are confused by several principal problems which are expounded incorrectly in some teaching materials,design manuals,and even in specifications The comprehensive discussion on these problems are put forward in this article The opinions given here may be a reference for the designers of steel structures
