文章立足于新的法规和司法解释,针对必将出现的法律问题,提出了较新的见解和建议,力图重新阐释和构建病历管理中的一系列规定,作到有利于患者,有利于医院。
Base on the new acts and regulations and judicial explanations, aiming at the legal issues, the article puts forwards relatively new understanding and suggestions, and tries to re - explain and reconstruct a series of regulations on case records management to benefit both patients and hospitals.
