摘要
从气流纺纱与环锭纺纱的优缺点出发,以16081毛/涤法兰绒产品为例,研究对比2种纺纱工艺的纱线结构、强度,布面厚度、手感、外观、色牢度、耐磨性及强度等性能,分析差异点,确定气流纺产品缺陷的原因,改进气流纺纱工艺参数,提出气流纺纱替代环锭纺纱的方法与措施,为粗毛纺企业从环锭纺纱转向气流纺纱的工艺提供指导和方法,降低企业的生产成本。
With the company 's 16081 wool flannel product as the example,we proceed from the respective advantages and disadvantages of rotor spinning and ring spinning. From the structure and strength of yarn,the thickness,handle,appearance,color fastness,wear resistance,strength of the cloth were studied. Compared to the differences between the two finished product,it focused on finding shortcomings,and analyzed its reasons for the improved process,and looking for methods and measures to replace ring spinning by rotor spinning,provided guidance and method for the process of woollen cloth enterprises converting from conventional ring spinning into rotor spinning. Meamwhile,it can reduce the production cost.
