摘要
利用双层辉光离子渗金属技术在低合金钢 2 5 Cr2 Mo2 V表面渗 W- Mo- Co三元合金 ,可在表面形成铁、钴、钨、钼时效合金。研究了形成这种合金的表面冶金工艺和渗层组织状态 ,渗层成分分布以及工艺参数的改变对渗层厚度及渗层成分的影响。结果表明 ,表面合金元素的含量可以达到高钴时效合金 W1 1 Mo7Co2 3的水平。
Surface age hardening alloy of Fe W Mo Co can be formed on surface of low alloyed steel by double glow plasma alloying technique. Surface metallurgical technology of this surface alloy, structure and distribution of composition in alloying layer and influence of changing technological parameters on thickness of the layer and distribution of composition were investigated.The results showed that the contents of W, Mo, Co in the layer nearly reached the content level of age hardening alloy W11Mo7Co23.
