摘要
应用立堵截流系统风险率及动态风险率模型 ,提出了基于随机模拟的风险率计算方法 ,并结合工程实例进行了具体计算 ,总结了风险率的一些特点 。
According to the model of the system risk and dynamic risk of river closure by end_tipping, a computing method for risk based on random simulation has been presented. A project example was cited to illustrate it. Some characteristics of risk were summed up, so as to provide a scientific basis for the proper choice of river closure scheme.
