摘要
对缅甸S&K矿生物堆浸系统微生物活性的关键影响因素进行研究,有助于生产过程中针对性地采取措施来进一步提高铜浸出指标和实现酸铁平衡。试验结果表明,浸矿体系中主要浸矿微生物为中温菌,最适宜温度为35℃;Fe3+浓度对微生物活性的抑制较强,酸度对微生物的活性影响不大,生产中可适当提高酸浓度,在高酸情况下快速浸出辉铜矿。
Key factors affecting microbial activity in heap leaching system of S&K mine in Myanmar were studied.Appropriate measures are key to improve heap leaching efficiency and realize acid-ferrous balance.The results indicate that the dominate community is mesophilic bacterias with optimum environmental surroundings at temperature of 35℃.Fe3+concentration has stronger inhibition on microbial activity,while acid concentration exerts less effect on microbial activity.In plant production,chalcocite can be leached with high acid concentration.
