摘要
采用优化的激光快速成形工艺参数,获得了成形精度得到控制、组织致密的Rene95高温合金力学性能试样。为了提高成形试样的力学性能,对试样进行了固溶+时效热处理。力学性能测试结果表明,成形试样的强度指标已经接近粉末冶金C级标准,塑性指标超过粉末冶金A级标准。试样平均硬度达到HV496.3。
The samples of Rene95 high-temperature alloy for mechanics property measurement have been produced by the laser rapid forming (LRF) process. Through optimizing the processing parameters the geometric properties of the dense samples were controlled accurately. And the heat treatment process plays a remarkable role in improving the mechanics properties of the Rene95 samples. The testing results show that the tensile strength of the samples has approached that of the C grade criterion of the powder. metallurgy and the ductility even exceed that of the A grade criterion. The mean micro hardness is HV 496.3.
