摘要
目的 :评价Richard钉在老年股骨转子间骨折治疗中的应用及疗效。方法 :用Richard钉治疗的 2 5例 6 0岁以上股骨转子间骨折的类型、手术方法、术后处理及疗效进行随访和总结。结果 :2 0例病例得到随访 ,骨折均愈合 ,无钢板螺钉断裂 ,无加压螺钉穿透股骨头。术后起床活动时间 2～ 4周。患髋功能满意。结论 :Richard钉治疗老年股骨转子间骨折具有固定牢靠、并发症少 ,可早期起床活动 。
Objective:To evaluate the curative effects of the application of the Richard's screw plate system in the treatment of old people's intertrochanteric fractures.Method:Summerized 20 cases of in old people's(>60)intertrochanteric fractures treated by the Richard's screw plate system from Jan,1999 to Dec,2001 in our hosipital.All cases were commented by fracture type,operation method,treatment after operation and curative effect.Result:All cases got followed up.All fractures healed.No screw or plate broken.No lag screw penetrated the femoral head.Partially bearing weight 2～4 weeks after operation.The excellent rate of joint function was 84%.Conclusion:The Richard's screw plate system is one of the best internal fixation materials for the treatment of old people's intertrochantric fracture due to its advantages of strong fixation.Little complication and early exercise can be obtained.
