摘要
目的 探讨胸膜间皮瘤误诊原因 ,提高诊断率 ,减少误诊。方法 对 1985 - 0 1～ 2 0 0 2 - 12收治的 19例恶性胸膜间皮瘤临床资料 ,误诊情况进行回顾性分析。结果 恶性胸膜间皮瘤症状出现较晚 ,其胸痛、咳嗽、气促等症状为非特异性 ,容易误诊为其他肺部疾病。结论 恶性胸膜间皮瘤的预后较差。正确诊断对提高生存率非常重要 ,对有上述症状者 ,需结合临床表现 ,认真分析影像学资料 ,可以在术前建立恶性胸膜间皮瘤的诊断。
Objective To analyze clinical manifestation and the cause of misdiagnoses of malignant pleural mesotheliom and to reduce the misdiagnosis rate.Methods Dataof 13 patients with maligant pleural mesotheliom from 1985.1 to 2002.12 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The common symptoms of malignant pleural mesotheliom were chest pain,cough,shortness of breath which were less specific and occurred later in ill history. Therefore these symptoms were easily misdiagnosed as other pulmonary diseases.Conclusion Full understanding of the characteristics of malignant pleural mesothelioma and careful examination combined with screenage data were important.
