摘要
冷战结束后,两个超级大国变成了一个;海湾战争和"9.11"事件之后,美国"新罗马帝国"的地位日益凸显。从地缘政治的角度,分析全球化时代国际政治格局,剖析美国和其他国家之间的关系,对于我们认识新世纪国际形势走向是有意义的。
On the basis of political geography,this paper analyzes the profound change of the globalization and multi-polarization of world geopolitics after the cold war and the impact upon this new change after '9.11 Incident'in 2001.In particular,an analysis is attempted on the U.S dream to establish an American first-class geopolitical pattern and the threat it poses to world peace.
