摘要
胸部 CT诊断肺结核应用已久 ,且在临床诊断中占有重要地位。老年性肺结核的 CT表现不典型 ,且老年人并存症较多 ,常被其它征象所掩盖 ,易误诊。
CT diagnosis for pulmonary tuberculosis plays an important role in its history.However,CT appearances/findings for pulmonary tuberculosis in senile patients are not typical due to other existing syndromes that might lead to misdiagnosis.The author aims to give a summary on this topic combining findings of publications both at home and abroad with his own opinions and experience.
