摘要
针对现有成形工艺的困境 ,分析了探索具有高精度、低成本、无污染的新一代成形工艺的重要意义 ,提出了一种新的制造哲学和设计方法。通过借鉴生命系统生长成形原理和组织原则 ,提出了基于仿生的自组织系统模型和自组织成形的信息模型 ,建立了自组织成形模型的设计框架和演化流程 ,并探讨了模型在机构设计和自由曲面自组织造型方面的应用。
In this paper the dilemma of the present shaping technique is discussed, the significance of developing the new generation of shaping technique of cost-effective, high-accuracy, near-zero waste is pointed out and a new manufacturing philosophy and design method is put forward. From the impulse of shaping theory and organizing technique by living system, models of self-organized system and shaping information system based on bionics are presented. The design method and implementation of the model are discussed. The application on mechanical design and free surface shaping is also introduced.
