摘要
本文用DS和Ca^(++)沉淀法结合凝胶过滤法分离纯化了人血清HDL。用电泳、免疫学、分析型超速离心对纯化的HDL进行了纯度和理化性质的鉴定,并进行了化学组成的分析。其结果与文献报道一致。免疫学分析其抗原性没有改变。该方法具有经济、制备量大、操作简单等优点。
In this paper, a procedure of isolation and purification of human serum high density lipoprotein (HDL) by dextran sulfate precipitation in combination with gel filtration chromatography was reported. The purified HDL was characterized with agarose gel and polyacylamide(PAG)electrophoresis, analytical ultracentrifugation and chemical composition analysis. The result was in agreement with that reported in the literature. The immunological properties showed that HDL retained the original antigenecity. The method described here is economical, productive and easy to control.
