摘要 目的制作一种新的猫脑损伤后持续性植物状态模型,观察其临床特征。方法将40只猫行硬膜外水囊置放术,然后向水囊内注入无菌水直到昏迷,并对动物模型进行评估。结果手术1个月后,有12只猫处于植物状态,动物模型的临床表现、体征等与持续性植物状态患者相近。结论本实验制作的持续性植物状态动物模型与临床患者相似,是一种比较理想的持续性植物状态动物模型。 Aim To make a continuous vegetative stat e animal model after brain injury of cat to observe i ts clinical character.Methods Epidural water sac installation were carried out in 40cats,then saline were pure i nto the sacs until coma and the evaluatio n of the animals were made.Results There were 12cats in the vegetative s tate 1month after operation.clinic al manifestation,signs were similar t o PVS patients.Conclusion Continuous PVS animal models are similar to that of clinical patients and was an ideal animal model of PVS.
