摘要
目的 用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应 (FQ -PCR)技术准确定量检测非淋菌性尿道炎 (NGU)中解脲支原体(UU)、沙眼衣原体 (CT)基因 ,进一步了解UU、CT感染情况 ,为临床治疗提供依据。方法 采用FQ -PCR技术检测标本 2 5 5 3份 ,其中UU 10 72份、CT 14 81份。结果 UU阳性率为 39 4 % (4 2 2 / 10 72 ) ,其中 ,男性阳性率为 11 1% (4 0 / 36 0 ) ,女性阳性率为5 3 7% (382 / 712 )。CT阳性率为 10 1% (14 9/ 14 81) ,其中 ,男性阳性率为 10 6 % (34/ 32 2 ) ,女性阳性率为 9 9% (115 / 115 9)。UU感染率在男女性别之间有高度显著性差别 (P <0 0 1) ,CT感染率在性别之间无显著性差别 (P <0 0 5 )。在男性中UU与CT感染率之间无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。在女性CT与UU感染率之间有高度显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 FQ -PCR技术检测UU、CT基因具有简便、快捷、特异性高、定量准确等特点 ,其结果对诊断、治疗有一定指导意义。
Objective:To detect quantitatively the gene of Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)and Chlamydia trachomatis(CT)in non-genococcal urethritis by technology of fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR),to understand further infections condition of UU and CT,and to provide clinical treatment evidence to the disease.Methods:Detect 2553 speciments by technology of FQ-PCR of all these,1072 speciments was UU and 1481 speciments was CT.Results:the positive rate of UU was 39.4%(422/1072)of all these,male positive rate was 11.1%(40/360)and female was 53.7%(382/712).The positive rate of CT was10.1%(149/1481).Of all these,male positive was 10.6%(34/322)and female was 9.9%(115/1159).Infectious rates of UU had obvious statistics difference between males and females,but CT hadn′t.The male infectious rates between UU and CT hadn′t statistics difference,but females had.Conclusion:Technology of FQ-PCR was simple,rapid,excellent and accurate.FQ-PCR had directive meaning for the dagnosis and treatment
