摘要
目的:探讨温阳活血退黄方对阴黄证大鼠的治疗作用。方法:72只大鼠随机分为6组:正常对照组、阴黄模型对照组、阳黄对照组、温阳活血退黄方高剂量组、温阳活血退黄方低剂量组、茵陈术附汤组。检测大鼠肝功能、肝组织病理及超微结构的变化。结果:经温阳活血退黄方(高、低剂量)和茵陈术附汤治疗后,ALT、AST、TBil、ALP、TBA均较阴黄模型组明显下降(P0.05),且温阳活血退黄方能明显改善阴黄大鼠肝组织病理及超微结构的变化。结论:温阳活血退黄方对阴黄证大鼠有良好的治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of warming YANG and promoting blood flow and eliminating jaundice Formula (WYPBFEJF) on YING jaundice rat. Methods: 72 rats were divided randomly into 6 groups: the normal control group, YING jaundice model control group, YANG jaundice control group, WYPBFEJF high- dose group, WYPBFEJF low- dose group, Yinchen Zhufu Tang group. The changes of liver function and hepatic pathology and ultrastructure were observed respectively. Results: The ALT, AST, TBil, ALP and TBA in WYPBFEJF high - dose and low - dose and Yinchen Zhufu Tang groups were lower significantly than that in YING jaundice model group (P<0.05). The TBil, TEA and ALT in WYPBFEJF high - dose group were lower significantly than that in WYPBFEJF low - dose and Yinchen Zhufu Tang groups (P<0.05). The WYPBFEJF could amend the changes of hepatic pathology and ultrastructure in YING jaundice rats. Conclusion: The WYPBFEJF has better effect on YING jaundice rats.
