摘要
制备了在主链上带有羧基(—COOH)及羟甲基(—CH_2OH)活性基团的胶乳互穿网络聚合物(LIPN)。在加热成膜过程中,其活性基团能够自身之间或和大分子主链上其它基团之间反应而形成进一步交联。不同的N-MA的用量及其不同的加料方式对体系tgδ值的影响,通过测定动态力学性能进行了研究,其结果表明,随着第二网络中N-MA用量的增加,tgδ值逐渐增大,但在第一网络中N-MA用量对tgδ值的影响比较复杂。当N-MA的用量达到足够大时,两种加料方式之间的区别逐渐消失。
Latex interpenetrating polymer networks(LIPN)with reactive groups of carboxy—COOH and hydroxymethyl—CH_2OH in the main chains were prepared. In film-forming process under heating, the reactive groups can react between itself and/or with the other groups in the main chains to form further crosslinking. The effects of different feed-style and amount of N-MA on tgδ of the system were investigated by determining the dynamic mechanical properties. The results show that as the increasing of N-MA amounts in the second network the tgδ values gradually get greater, but the effects of N-MA amounts in the first network on tgδ values become complex. When the amount of N-MA were large enough the difference between the tow feed-style disappeared.
