摘要
介绍用微生物膜传感器及电子测试系统等快速测定BOD低于10mg/L的地面水BOD的最佳条件、影响因素等,提出用磷酸盐缓冲溶液体系控制水样基体干扰的测定方法。用该方法与BOD_5法同步测定地面水样,测定结果具有较好的相关性。
In this paper,The best condition and influential factors for the BOD fast estimation of lower than 10mg/L BOD in surface water were introdueeded. It used a microbial membrane sensor and electronic measurement system. An estimation method controlled the interference of basal material of water sample was presented. Comparable results were obtained for the BOD estimated in surface water by the biosensor and those determined by the BOD_5 method.
