摘要
研究了缓凝剂、速凝剂单掺以及与其它品种外加剂复配掺入时 ,对水泥凝结与硬化性能的影响。通过 XRD、SEM微观测试手段 ,研究了调凝型水泥基材料的微观结构特征。试验结果表明 :缓凝剂、速凝剂与防水剂、减水剂复配使用 ,调凝效果显著 ,水泥硬化体形成的空间网络结构密实。
The influence on the coagulation and hardening of cements was studied with setting retarder and setting accelerator added singly or together with other admixtures simultaneously. By means of modern detection measures such as SEM, X ray diffraction analysis, the microstructure characteristics of setting controlling hydrated cement was observed. The experimental results indicate that the effects are more remarkable, the network structure of cement hardening paste is denser and higher strength when setting retarder or setting accelerator is used with waterproofing admixture and water reducer.
