芦荟茶及其茶水中常量和微量元素的测定分析 被引量:22

摘要 采用原子吸收法测定了芦荟茶和其茶水中钾、钠、钙、镁、铜、锌、铁、锰、锶、硒的含量 ,结果显示芦荟茶及其茶水中含有较丰富的多种矿物元素和人体必需的微量元素。无论是茶叶还是茶水中均含有较高的锰元素 ,且在热水中的总溶出率达 5 0 %以上 ,高锰是该系列保健茶的显著特点。 The content of K, Na, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Sr and Se in Aloe tea and It's boiled water by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results showed there are comparatively rich mineral elements and essential trace elements in human body in Aloe tea and It's boiled water. All there are comparatively high manganese in Aloe tea and It's boiled water, to dissolve ratio is more than 50% in boiled water. It's outstanding characteristics is comparatively high the content of manganese in Aloe health tea. It has provided useful data for probing into the relationship between trace elements in Aloe health tea and health care function. It has provided convenient and efficient way to absorb essential trace elements in human body.
