摘要
在分析和讨论了嵌入式Linux技术在模具数控设备中的应用及其系统结构后 ,具体介绍了如何应用此技术 ,并进行系统的集成直到完成最后的产品。从嵌入式Linux内核的裁减、实时性模块的开发、图形用户界面的开发到设备驱动程序的编写 ,最后还就基于Linux技术的网络化制造技术进行了一定的研究。嵌入式Linux技术是各种模具加工数控设备中系统平台的一种较好的选择。
In this paper, the application of embedded Linux is introduced in detail after analyses and discussions of system structures of embedded Linux application on the equipment of mould CNC manufacturing. It is studied from the reducing kernel of embedded Linux, real-time kernel, GUI to device driver etc., finally the technique of network manufacturing based Linux system is studied. Embedded Linux is a good choice among system platforms applied on the equipments of mould CNC manufacturing.
