用光纤F-P滤波器解调的光纤光栅传感器的研究 被引量:21

摘要 报道了用光纤F-P滤波器解调检测光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)Bragg波长移动量,实验了一个可对静态及时变物理量进行检测的FBG传感器系统。该系统对静态物理量的测量结果的相关系数为0.996,对时变物理量的测量分辨率为10.9μstrain。 A method to detect the Bragg wavelength shift of fiber Bragg grating(FBG) with a fiber FP wavelength filter was proposed.A FBG sensing system which can measure not only quasistatic physical quantities but also dynamic physical quantities had been realized as well.The related linear regressive coefficient of each fitting line of measuring quasistatic physical quantities is 0.996,and the measuring resolution of dynamic physical quantities is 10.9 μ strain.
