摘要
为了解决传统脱粒机只脱粒不清选的问题,设计了一种带清选装置的谷物脱粒机,通过理论计算得出了带动倾斜筛板振动的曲柄双摇杆机构的相关参数.田间试验结果表明,带振动筛板脱粒机可提高效率25%,功耗与对照几乎持平,脱粒率达98%以上,含杂率小于5%,实现了由单纯脱粒到脱粒清选的过渡.
The function of a traditional sheller is only threshing.In this paper the authors design a sheller furnished with an oscillatory screen plate.Results show the efficiency has been increased 25%and the power is nearly the same by using the sheller furnished with an oscillatory screen plate.In this way the sheller is used for both selecting and threshing instead of nerely threshing.
