摘要
我们先用常压酸解脱气的方法从定量的土壤中提取气体,再用碱液吸收的方法富集待测气体,最后用气相色谱法定量测定富集气体中的甲、乙、丙、丁烷,并由此推算出土壤中甲、乙、丙、丁烷的含量。对这种方法的几种影响因素分别进行了探讨,并从中找出了最佳操作条件。
The gas in definite amount of soil was released by the method of acidolysis and was collected under normal pressure.The gases to be determined were enriched by absorption of other gases with alkaline solution .Then , the content of methane , ethane , propane and butane in the enriched gas were determined by gas chromatography . Factors which effectively influence the result were discussed and optimum conditions for the determination of the gases were suggested.
