以氯代烷代替Al_2R_3Cl_3的稀土催化体系的异戊二烯本体聚合

摘要 以Nd(oct)_3-Al(i-CHCl_3体系代替Nd(naph)_3-Al(i-Bu)_3-Al_2R_3Cl_3体系进行了异戊二烯的本体聚合研究,着重考察了催化剂陈化方式及在各陈化方式下不同Cl/Nd摩尔比对聚合的影响,并探讨了CHCl_3在催化剂陈化过程中的作用。结果表明,催化剂的陈化方式对催化剂的活性有很大影响,而对聚异戊二烯的顺式-1,4含量则没有显著影响;第三组分CHCl_3的作用不受陈化方式的影响;陈化中Al(i-Bu)_2Cl的生成是形成活性中心的关键。 The effects of aging modes of a lanthanide catalyst system containing Nd (oct )3 ,Al (i-Bu)3 and CHC13 (Nd , Al , Cl) , and Cl /Nd molar ratio on the bulk polymerization of isoprene were studied .The experimental results showed that the aging mode had relatively strong effect on the catalyst activity but little effect on the cis -1,4 content of the cis-polyisoprene produced (Table ).The results also indicated that the Cl participated the process of forming reactive center . With increase of Cl/Nd (mol)from 0 to 12 , the catalyst efficiency improved greatly , but the further increase of Cl/Nd would decrease the [η] .The role of Cl in aging process was analyzedby means of FT-IR .The results suggested that Cl might react with Al to form Al (i-Bu)2Cl when aging time was long enough , such as 2 h.
