摘要
综述了UHMW-PE凝胶纺丝溶液最佳浓度的选择,指出最佳浓度与UHMW-PE的分子量有关;介绍了冷却温度与结晶度的关系、拉伸倍数与纺丝溶液最佳浓度的关系及UHMW-PE凝胶纤维的用途。
Choice of the best concentration of UHMW-PE gel spinning solution was reviewed. It was suggested thatthe best concentration is related to UHMW-PE molecular weight. The relationships between cool tempera-ture and crystallinity, draw-ratio and the best concentration of spinning solution were discussed. At the end,the application of UHMW-PE gel fiber was briefly introduced.
