摘要
介绍了用红外光谱中的峰高法和面积法对HNO_3湿纺的PAN纤维中含氧官能团定量分析。测定了共聚纤维的官能团含量及其波动范围。从两种方法对模拟聚合物测定结果看,误差都很小。用Fourier解卷积方法对吸收峰积分,进行的定量分析,提高了准确性。该分析方法对改进PAN纺丝工艺具有实际价值。
The quantitative analysis of the contain-oxygen groups in PAN fibers by nitric
acid wet-spun using the peak high and area calculate methods respectively were
described. The groups content and its fluctuation range in coplymerie PAN fibers
were determined. From the measuring results obtained by two methods with analog
polymer, it's found that the error is very small. The result of the quantitative
analysis for Fourier integal to the absorption peaks using Fourier deconrolution
method is more accurate. The above analysis methods would be valuable and may play
an important role in the improvement of the spinning operation of PAN precursors
on the industrial scale.
