摘要
成形机构是各种涤纶长丝生产设备的重要组成部分之一。良好的卷装成形是贮存、运输和后道加工的保证,本文以英国SDS-600C加弹机为例,从工艺设计思想出发,分析了轴向防叠原理、径向防叠原理及变幅导丝原理。认为该类型的成形机构采用机械、电子等综合控制手段,取得较为理想的效果,能满足工艺实际要求。
The package formation mechanism is one of the important constitution parts of various polyester filaments producing equipments and good package form is the guarantee of storage, transport and after-processing, taking Scragg's SDS-600C texturing machine as example and based on the thinking of technological design; the principle of axial and radial anti-overlapping as well as the alternate traverse thread guiding are analysed, it is considered that the package formation mechanism is controlled by the mechanical and electronical comprehensive measures, expected results are obtained to meet the practical needs of technology.
